From $1336 every 6 months to $918 which I assume is because I just turned 25. More money for fun stuff!

Congratulations on reaching one of those magical milestones, this one is for magically becoming a more responsible driver. I agree the $918 is totally a sign.

Jesus Christ on a pogo stick, what do you drive that costs $918 every 6?
Says the guy that at age 19 was paying $1399.50 every 6 months on a 1996 Ford Bronco XLT 5.8L

Nothing crazy, 2014 C300. It’s just it’s my first car and NYC insurance is usually way more expensive than car centric cities, hell even upstate the prices are way, way cheaper.

Being under 25, in NYC, with my first car. It was a recipe for insane prices but I actually expected it to be $1800 every 6 months before I even got my car.

$300/Month?!!?!?
Oh fuck that with a 20 foot electrified saw pole. Do NY insurance companies know not everyone there is a Hedge Fund manager or trust fund baby?!

Color me jealous. I cant wait for next year to see the same thing.
Also, that lead pic has some resemblence, in a good way, considering the source (what seat will I choose?).

Yep I like to over estimate that way if the price is lower I am prepared and pleasantly surprised. Imagine I was happy when it turned out to be $1336 now I am super happy.
It’s that NYC is a no fault state, tons of insurance fraud abuse, crazy asshole drivers and crazy asshole pedestrians that will run out of in-between 2 cars while the light is green causing you to swerve or slam on your brakes. But at $918 things are looking good.

I actually just typed into google images happy driver gif and that was one of them, I’m not sure where it’s from but it sums up my feelings so perfectly. I’m down for having more money in my pocket for fun shit man, fuck bills.
